We are looking for a professional Alarm Sales and Estimating Representative with a proven track record in sales and marketing with exceptional communications skills.   We recruit and retain top fire protection and life safety professionals by offering:

   A successful Alarm Sales and Estimating Representative candidate will: 

  • Be responsible for creating, maintaining and developing a client base to meet department/division goals
  • Develop, forecast and monitor budget and utilize operational resources
  • Generate new business and quote on contract opportunities
  • Possess knowledge of State and local codes related to the Fire Protection industry 

The qualifications for the Alarm Sales and Estimating Representative include: 

  • Demonstrated sales experience with strong prospecting skills
  • Proven history of successful sales and contract negotiation
  • Ability to communicate with external representatives at all levels of the customer's organization
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner with exceptional interpersonal communication skills, integrity, and the required respect for the fire protection profession's primary goals of life safety and property protection
  • Strong sales skills with knowledge of meeting customer needs through contracted agreements
  • Able to prepare service proposals from blueprints or site surveys
  • Ensures compliance with contracted scope of work
  • Great recordkeeping skills related to sales proposals and project management
  • Demonstrated PC skills with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience using a customer database management system
